OUR

SCHOLARSHIPS

rPlus Energies is committed to building enduring, value-driven partnerships in the communities where it develops energy projects. This commitment is reflected through tailored community engagement efforts and the company’s flagship Local First and Energy First Scholarship Programs.

For each project that advances to construction, rPlus Energies establishes a formal Scholarship Program in collaboration with a regional college or university. These programs are strategically designed to support workforce development by retaining local talent, mitigating the out-migration of skilled workers, and preparing individuals for critical roles in the evolving energy economy, particularly in high-demand technical fields such as welding, cybersecurity, electrician training, and heavy equipment operation.

To date, rPlus Energies and its contributing partners have raised over $1 million to fund scholarships in project host communities.
